ODI-15405: Scenario generation exception after upgrading to 12.2.1.3

I had created a package and scenario for the package in 12.2.1.2 ODI. Now we installed ODI 12.2.1.3 and imported the DA which contained same package and scenario. When we try to generate or regenerate same scenario we are getting the following error. When I run only the package it is running successfully.

ODI-15405: Scenario generation exception: Failed to generate scenario.
