ODI 12c Repositories on Aurora - Feasible?

Hi,

Is it possible to create ODI repository in Amazon Aurora? The compatibility matrix shows that ODI repositories can be created in MySQL database engine so we were trying to attempt to create repositories in Amazon Aurora.

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
