ODI-10244 Can not Import SNP_PROFMATH View

I am trying to Create master and work reposity via rcu_internal.bat file. However, when rcu tried to create reposities It throws this error.
The Database version is Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production
Tried on Oracle 19c but I got same error.
