ODI-10138 Unable to create DwgConnectCreation to work Respository

Hi Experts,

Can any one help me in fixing this issue.

I am trying to logging into ODI_console, but it is giving error as "Unable to login to specified repository" for this I have checked in backend where it is showing as "Please increase the pool size and retry.", I have went to console and increased the pool size from 10 to 25 then it logged in, but after logging out and logging in for two to three times, again the error came after sometime.
I have increased the size again and logged in.. but after sometime still the error is coming as increase the pool size.

Can anyone help me in sorting this issue as permanent instead of increasing pool size every time.

I have only 10 LoadPlans in ODI_work_repository and one Agent running.

I'm using ODI 11.1.1.9 with WLS 10.3 on AIX 7.1 machine as server.
