ODG - Archivel error: Invoking non-expedited destination

oracle: 10.2.0.4.0
os: AIX

I am using ODG.
LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2 is the destination on standy database machine.

The ODG was working fine. It stopped when my LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2 become 100% with archive files. SO i deleted some files which are already applied at standby database. But now my ODG is not happening. Files are now not transferred to standby location.
