ODBC-unable to see Oracle in Orahome92

Hi I have installed/reinstalled 9i client several times on XP machine (full, runtime & custom) but after every installation when I go to control panel > admin tools > data sources > system DNS > add, I am unable to see Oracle in Orahome92 and unable to create ODBC link. I have full admin rights. Can anyone please advise. Thanks
