ODBC Oracle XE without edit tnsnames

Hello,

I installed a Oracle XE on Server1. Now i'll add a ODBC-Connection on a Windows XP PC. If i edit the tnsnames.ora on the XP i can access the XE-Server. But i need the odbc on many PC and I can't edit the tnsnames.ora on every pc. Is it possible to use an ODBC-Connection (with Microsoft ODBC for Oracle or Oracle in OraClient10g_home1 driver) with using the tnsnames.ora?

I read about "easy connect" with the example-connection "Server1/XE", but doesn't work for me.

Any idea?
