Hi I have installed ORACLE 18c XE on windows. I created a database and users ,. When i try to login to my db with the user i get the below error. How do i resolve it?

SQL State = "HY000", Message = "[STRS][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver][Oracle]ORA-28040: No matching authentication protocol
