odbc drivers for windows 10 64-bit

Hello Experts

I am using Oracle Database 11g Express Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Production. I have visual studio 2008 and a windows 10 64-bit OS. Where can I get an odbc driver from to be able to create web applications with an oracle db because I can't find any downloads for it on the oracle website
