ODBC Driver on Windows 2008 server

I have installed Oracle 10.2.0.3 Client (32-bit software on a windows 2008 server (64-bit). I selected the ADMINISTRATOR option during the install which included the ODBC Driver. When I go to the Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Data Sources (ODBC) and select the Drivers tab, all that is listed is the Microsoft ODBC Driver (File: SQLSRV32.DLL). Why is the Oracle OCBC Driver not displayed?
