ODBC Connection Problem - TNS - SQL-State=08004

Hi,

Also, XE 10g installed on a Notebook. Loged in on this Notebook (local-user) and tried to connect => 0K
if log in on the same machine as Network-User(Domane) => Unable to connect. SQL-State=08004. [Oracle][ODBC][ORA]ORA-1254-TNS ...

ps: I tried to deinstall and install XE 10g as Network-User on the same machine => the Problem is still there. But Local-User can connect always.

What could be the Problem?
