ODBC:Communication link Failure

Hi,

I have installed TimesTen4.1 on my PC. After installing i created a DSN with the options. But when i try to check Data source connection I am getting following error:

[TimesTen][TimesTen 4.1.3 CLIENT]Communication Link Failure.

Can anyone help me regarding this.
