ODBC Call Failed ORA-00960 Error

From several Access 97 databases we get this error on some but not all computers: first is ODBC Call Failed, then [oracle][odbc][ora] ORA-00960 ambiguous column naming in select list [#960]

This happens when we access a form. We can open every table, every query and every report, but this one form causes this error on some pc's but not all.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
