ODB Login works with system/manager bt it doesn't with system/<user passw>

I'm using .NETCF2.0 and OLite 10gR2 & PPC2003 Emulator, msync works fine with a user I created on webtogo, with a password "a".
But when I try to connect to conscli.odb with system/a I receive a exception. The same program connecting with system/manager works fine, but even with sync working fine, there is no table in DB.
How can I solve this issue? Or at least, how can I dignose this, I don't know wich tools I must use to find the problems:
1) Tables are not uploaded to the Emulator, even sync's working fine.
2) Connection with system/manager works and system/<user password> doesn't.
