Odac 121021 problem

I am using vs.net 2013, when i installed odac 121021 it installed correcly but when i

opens package tab it's giving error ORA 00904 seltab.object_type is invalid identifier

but when ii open in application express all packages are visible and compilng with out any error

what might be the problem Please its urgent for me

and it is very comfort to use
