ODAC 11.2.0.2.1 installation problems

hi,

I have a problem I can't solve. We've had 3 systems with Oracle client 11.2.0.1.0 32bit (the newest) and with ODTwithODAC 11.2.0.1.2 installed into the same ora home (this was the one and only ora home on these computers) and I've tried to upgrade them to the last version 11.2.0.2.1 (into the same ora home). After the installation, the oracle client stopped working with an exception in oran11.dll. I've done this upgrade on 2 of our windows servers (64bit win2k8 R2 servers) and on my developer computer (win7 pro 64bit), with the same result. I didn't find quickly any solution, so I tried to uninstall the newest ODT. On the win2k8 servers the uninstaller failed (even the bat file in the uninstall folder), so I removed the whole oracle home manually from the disk and the registry. On my win7 computer the uninstall went fine. As next step, I've installed the ORA client again with the previous ODT and the two servers started working. On my computer I did it too, the ora client started working, but henceforth my Visual Studio 2010 fails to load the ODT tools. I've tried to uninstall/remove everything regarding Oracle from theregistry, reinstall the client and ODT, but the Visual Studio still can't load any parts of ODT (programs in the Tools menu, connections in the Server Explorer or ODT configuration panes in the Visual Studio's configuration windows). It shows up a window with message: "...the oracle developer tools for visual studio .net package did not load correctly"
It seems, the newest ODT reconfigured something in my VS2010 and its unistaller didn't revert these changes. The reinstallation doesn't help. What can I do? It's not an option to reinstall my whole Visual Studio.
It would be fine to have the newest ODT, but now I would be happy to recover everything to the previous state. Please help me!
Thank you!
