I have followed all the steps using the Facebook messenger help guide and it seems I have managed to set up the 7 steps as outlined here: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/digital-assistant/use-chatbot/facebook-messenger.html
I have set up a test page on my test Facebook account but it only sends the standard FB messages and not a response. I have also managed to send a test message from Facebook that arrives in my test Digital Assistant.
The problem I have is I can only get the digital assistant to work by using the `test button` option on my Facebook page (see attachment).

All suggestions welcome
