OCR Integrity Check Failed

Hi

I was trying to setup Oracle CLusterware Software on Oracle Enterprise Linux 4. The post installation scripts fail, when i manually check using 'cluvfy stage -post crsinst node1,node2' , all the checks are passed except OCR , it says 'OCR integrity check failed'.

When i run 'ocrcheck' Under Device/File it displays 'Device/File Not configured'.

I tried 'ocrconfig -replace ocd /dev/raw/raw1' it throws Prot-16 Internal Error

Please Advise .
