OCP usefull or useless ?

Hi all,

After reading a post from Joel Perez where he talked a bit about Oracle Certifications, i just wanna know if in your country Oracle Certifications are really usefull ?

In France, Oracle Certifications are almost useless... It's often rookie DBA who go to have certifications and no customers take care if you have a certification or not...

How is it in your country ?
