SQL & PL/SQL

I am an ORACLE 8 OCP dba, I need to give an upgrade exam 8i.
which is 1z0-020.
I have also attendid the instructor led course for new fearures
for administrators-8i.

Basically this book has 29 chapters and covers the test
objectives.

There is one confusion that when I see the objectibes for 1z0-
020 at oracle website it lists very few chapters from this back
around 10 and did not touch other chapters like RMAN is part of
the course-book but is not presnet in test objectives.
So my question is do I have to prepare only the objectives
outlines by oracle or read all chapters in the book??
