OCP certification delivery

Guys,

I have passed my OCP one month before and still I didn't get my OCP certificate. I have maild to fulfilment complaining about this, thrice, but, no reply from them, just a default mail that we will respond you in two business days. I think they dont have time to see these mails. I know all my friends get within 2 week of time, but, to my luck, still waiting and I dont know when it would comes to an end...............
