OCM Service Getting Fail. Workspace Not Able to Open

Dear Gurus,

I have completed installation & Configuration of Hyperion planning 11.1.2.2 version without any issues. While starting Oracle EPM system, OCM service getting Fail.

And also am not able to open the workspace, it showing error as "Error 404: not found from RFC 2068 hypertext transfer protocol"

Please do the required.
