OCM ?

Hello Oracle Master's
I have completed OCP 9i 6 months ago, having good knowledge of Oracle 10g and RHEL 5 with Java and C.
I am not able get a job till now(Not even interview calls !). Now I am preparing for OCM, Will this certification is sufficent in Order to get me a good job?
Please tell me the scope of OCM.
