Hi!
For ODBC and other tools we need both 32 and 64 bit Oracle Client on our clients.
It seems, that 64bit SQL Developer 20.4.1 ignores my Oracle Client settings and search for ocijdbc18.dll in the path instead. So it finds 32 bit version first, when I want to use OCI and gives this error.
But it should use the 64 bit version. Additional it shows, that a minimum driver vesion of 21.0 is required, which is as far I know is not available for on premise at the moment.
The problem does not happen, when I don't use OCI. In this case it is irrelevant too, if I configure a 32bit or 64bit Oracle Client.
Kind regards
Torsten
