OCIEnvCreate failed with return code -1 Error with .NET 2.0

Hi all,

I am using Oracle 10g Express Edition Database Server. When I use System.Data.OracleClient namespace to work with, i am getting the error "OCIEnvCreate failed with return code -1 but error message text was not available. ". It is working fine if I use, OLEDB.

Any help would be appreciated!
