OCI,SAVEPOINTS, XA are they supported?

The only reference to SAVEPOINTS i see in OCI docs is the DirectPath API.

Since Pro/C supports it, wouldn't OCI have to support it as well, since the precompiler spits out OCI code???

Also if it is supported, the next step for me would be to find out how to make it work with XA.
