The connection pool named: |apex|| is not correctly configured, due to the following error(s): Unable to start the Universal Connection Pool: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12504, TNS:listener was not given the SID in CONNECT_DATA
When connecting the ORACLE APEX Application it raise the above error and I tried to do all the possible command validating the war file and restarting the services but application has not starting after long hours found the solutions it was due to limit exceed for the Archive log.
