I am new to OCI but I have created an Autonomous Database with my Free Tier account for my learning purposes. I have a question. Every time I click on “Database Actions” tab, I get this error:
503 Service Unavailable
ORDS was unable to make a connection to the database. This can occur if the database is unavailable, the maximum number of sessions has been reached or the pool is not correctly configured. The connection pool named: |ocid1.autonomousdatabase.oc1.iad.anuwcljtgov5kgiaemnp5kvvaxlv6rl6xzuyv47hplup6snc76pxbn4qxwda|re| had the following error(s): ORA-28000: The account is locked.
I have never been able to access this menu in OCI. Is this because I'm using the ‘Always Free Resource’ when I built this OCI ADB?
