Currently I am trying the OCI Autonomous database (free tier version), before considering upgrade the OCI tenancy and use it for my personal project.
However, the ATP is always stopped every 5-10 minutes, even if I have action on the database (not over 7 days) and not use up the memory (<20GB), anyone can help?
Any oracle support here? Thanks
