Occupy free space on 11g

I have 11g XE edition on linux machine,

database size exceeds 11g so when i try to create table not allowing,

So,deleted unsual data from table then how to occupy that unsual memory to create table.Any help appreaciated and script is there to allocate unsual memory..?
