Grid version : 11.2.0.3

While diagnosing a node eviction issue, I found the following in Grid Alert log.
[cssd(22798)]CRS-1656:The CSS daemon is terminating due to a fatal error; Details at (:CSSSC00012:) in /app/11.2.3.0/grid/log/hemrac198/cssd/ocssd.log
Within 20 minutes of the incident, the occsd.log was filled with new messages and I lost track of what happened 20 minutes back .
How can I increase log file size limit of occsd.log so that it will have more info? Is ocssd.Log being 'cycled' ? But I don't see the most recent ones . As you can see below , I have only one occsd.log file for today (October 8th)
