OC4J error?

Hi,

Im quite new to forms and i have just created my first form.
Started the OC4J and it showed

Oracle9iAS (9.0.2.0.0) Containers for J2EE initialized

Now Im trying to run the form, IE 6 is the browser.
There is no error message and im seeing a blank page.

The OC4J is showing

configFileName: D:\oracle9IDS\ora92/forms90/server/formsweb.cfg
testMode: false

Whats the problem. Pls advice.
