OC4J Configuration issue.

hi to all

can anybody help me...

for last 20 to 25 days when i open OEM, it is not showing the Database Availability Report.
Database is up.application is running...

when i excute command
>emctl status dbconsole

output is:
++TZ set to Asia/Calcutta++
++OC4J Configuration issue. /oracle/app/rdbms/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_aa.xx.yy_abc not found.++

also when i execute command to stop dbconsole
it is giving the same output as above

and when i chk through OEM it give error like:
tail: cannot open `+2' for reading: No such file or directory Failed to run grep at /oracle/app/rdbms/sysman/admin/scripts/osCpuUsage.pl line 35

.i hve tried following steps:
->i hve change the HostNAme but no improvement...
