Objects at high water mark

Hello Guys

I am trying to find a way to identify objects at the high water mark of a given datafile of a given tablespace
(i am not looking for how to find the free space below or above the high water mark, just the objects at that point).
because i am having an object residing at hwm of a tablespaces that is preventing that tablespace from getting shrunk below the current allocation.
