Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Hi gurus out there!
I get this
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error
when I try to connect to database in my server where my app. is deployed.

I don't get this on my development machine though. Did anybody encounter this error?

Is this because of my configuration or ODP.NET ?

I really cannot figure out... pls. help.
