Object no longer exists

Hi,

I am working with Oracle 11.2.0.3.0 and we have DWH environment. Data in fact table is getting loaded using partition exchange load.

Not frequently but randomly we encounter this error related ORA-08103: Object not found.

Loading procedure is part of a package and when the execution is retried then it goes fine and process the data.

What might be causing this issue.?

Is it the Alter table or any other thing.
