OBIEE11g 11.1.1.7 Installation on Windows 7 Home Basic 64 bit ?

can I install latest OBIEE11g 11.1.1.7 on windows 7 Home Basic 64 bit ?

Why I am asking this because I have tried installing it more then 10 times

and it always fails at the same location where it is trying to configure weblogic I think.

All the guide on various web sites I looked at trying the install wither on Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 7 Professional.

So is windows 7 Home Basic a supported OS for OBIEE11g 11.1.1.7 install ?
