OBIEE vs Hyperion(essbase,planning, IR, WA, FR)

All,

if a client wants to implement Business Intelligence/OLAP what would you suggest Hyperion (ESSBASE, IR, WA, FR, ) or OBIEE ?As a Architect standspoint.

As a Business User or Business Owner, which is best for me ESSBASE/etc or OBIEE ?

Job scope, which is best ?
