OBIEE presentation service is not showing the value of some columns

I added some columns from physical to logical data source at repositiry level but VALUE of these columns are not shown to presentation service. The value is just blank. I restarted all services and checked the log also. (with logging level 2)
You can see below log message in which physical query to database does not include the columns UNIT COST and Gross Profit and i am getting blank value for these columns. I purged the cache at BI server level as well but no luck. :(
