OBIEE Login failed

Hi friends, I used BIEE 11.1.1.3 on win 2003 server, I created some user at console, when I login at http://localhost:9704/analytics with the user I just created, it's ok. But a few days later, when some user want to login analytics they got an error as follows:
An error occurred during authentication. Try again later or contact your system administrator,
error codes: WMZSCCGV.

And the strange thing is not all users got this error!

Is there anyone can tell me how to solve this problem?
