OBIEE License

hello All

i am looking for info into OBIEE licensing....
i am currently looking into building a proof of concept for the next few months in one of my DEV environments to show off the look and features of OBIEE11g.
from what i have seen, because i am not doing anything in production there is no problem with licenses....

is this correct?
can anyone give me more info?
time limits?
