OBIEE is very slow

Hi,

I am done migration from obiee 10g to OBIEE 11g(11.1.1.6.0) but when i am open the admin tool and analytic URL it takes around 20 to 30 minutes to open.

Can someone please help me on this how this time to reduce? Because it is very pathetic response from both admin tool and analytic server.

All other like EM and Console is working fine and it open with in few seconds.

Its urgent please help me on this.
