OBIEE - Internal Error - Unable to Initialize NLS during driver load

hi ,

I have oracle 11g database client installed in my VM, and i have OBIEE-11G client installed . When i am importing metadata from database using connection pool (ODBC) , it throws below error .

Internal Error - Unable to Initialize NLS during driver load

Can anybody support me to solve this error ? your help is greatly appreciated as i am facing this issue in my client VM.
