OBIEE for Real Estate Analytics

Hi All,

We have to give a solution to a Real Estate Investment Trust company a BI solution for the reporting. The Data comes from various disparate sources.

Does OBIEE comes with some prebuilt dashboard/KPI's. What all additional KPIs do you suggest for such a implementation.
