OBIEE export error: "Error generating document"

Hi,

I have a dashboard with prompts. In one of the prompts I am using grouped variables as the value of the prompts. When any of those group variables are applied to the dashboard, the export option in OBIEE is giving an error "Error generating document" - but some expert options are still working. For example, while PDF, Excel 2007, PPT 2003 are giving errors; excel 2003 and PPT 2007 are exporting the view fine.

Does anyone know what can the problem be? Is this another known bug that needs to be resolved with Javahost reconfiguration?
