OBIEE & Discoverer - Which to use?

Hi All, I posted this in the BI forum under Oracle Applications/ E-Business suite category but have not had any feedback yet so thought I would post on the Discoverer forum as well.

I am currently looking at OBIEE and have seen articles on migrating Discoverer EUL's to OBIEE etc and using Answers in place of a Discoverer report/worksheet for example

I have read the SOD for Discoverer from jan 2009 which says that Discoverer will continue as a product but also says that customers choosing to migrate to OBIEE 10.1.3.4 will be able to take advantage of the features of OBIEE etc.

Is it worth spending a lot of time on Discoverer now with OBIEE growing in popularity or is Discoverer a compatible tool that provides for example a less complicated product for end user reporting and so customers are likely to utilise both.
