OBIEE Customization - not working through SSO

Hi All,

I have to modify my company logo and I did it as a new deployment in Weblogic & made changes.

I did as per http://www.rittmanmead.com/2010/12/oracle-bi-ee-11g-styles-skins-custom-xml-messages/

It is working fine when i open my BI URL directly i mean using system name.

But when i open SSO URL which was created for BI, it is not working and i'm getting only texts an dno GIFs, picc, skins etc.

Could you please tell me how to do customization when using SSO.
