Hi,
I am currently implementing an OBIEE CLuster with 4 servers, where the presentation and bi servers are spread across all the 4 servers. I am using a Cisco CSS to load balance the presentation services. I got the BI Dashborad and Server to work perfectly and all unit tests worked fine.
Now I am introduciing BI Publisher into the mix. When I made the changes to the Publisher to integrate with the cluster, I am having issues when I click the Publisher link from Dashboard. It is promping me for the login, and when I provide the login information, it is redirecting to the physical server ip, instead of maintaining the load balnced URL information.
I made the changes to
1) instanceconfig.xml <AdavancedReporting> element to have the load balacing url;
2) data source to connect to cluster
3) security configuration to connect to cluster
4) run the crypto tool to add the publisher admin to crredential store
EVen the Load balancing url to login directly to BI Publisher does not work correctly (http://bi.abccompany.com/xmlpserver). Am I missing something?
