OBIEE Alerts not showing besde the dashboard

Hi All,

I have created scheduled reports.Saved them in shared i-bots folder.
Recipients are Interactive dashboard,email etc.
But I am not able to see the red color alerts which ideally should come beside dashboards.
What can be the reason?
Is it cause I have a text over there which is very big
"Welcome,To ....User" which is almost touching dashboard.
If yes how can i move this to left so that Alerts should be seen on the dashboard
