OBIEE A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 10

1. On Admin tool I'm using oracle OCI instead of ODBC and I'm able to view data on presentation layer

2. When I launch Answers, select my Subject area then select fields and when i click on display results, I get the error below.

State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 1017, message: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied at OCI call OCISessionBegin. [nQSError: 17014] Could not connect to Oracle database. (HY000)


This is windows environment both DB and BI on same server, TNS and ODBC work fine and I have validated the password. And still end up with error above
